You've requested for me to critique this artwork by placing it in the "critique me" floder at

. Let me start by saying that the initial visual impact of this work is quite alluring. You've managed to create some very simple but effective lighting effects,that instantly captivate your audience.They create a sense of some mystical force bringing this beautiful being to her climactic point in the sky. Which definately makes the title fit the artwork .The contrast of the red against the blue hues effectively adds bold interest to the piece without being overwhelming .
For the weaker part of this manipulation , I must point out the very few small bits where the original gray under the red scarf can be seen .This ,however,does not affect it's impact. It is not as distracting as the way the girls hair is laying.One would expect to see a spray of flowing hair trailing behind as her body ascends into the blue. A few following hair strands at the very least.

Overall a very good photomanipulation!
